Cunningham has been with HRchitect since February 2007 and has served in a variety of roles since joining the firm. In her new role, Cunningham will be responsible for HRchitect’s Operations, Human Resources and Finance departments. Prior to joining HRchitect, Cunningham held senior-level HR roles at T-Mobile, Protection One/Network Multifamily Security Corporation and Physician Reliance Network (now US Oncology).

Cunningham is very active in several community and professional organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Dallas Human Resources Management Association and on the Board of Directors for Frisco Family Services Center and Frisco Women’s League.
Cunningham is also the Director of Workforce Readiness for the SHRM Texas State Council and is an active member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). Cunningham holds a Bachelors degree in Management from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
