Most recently serving as HRchitect’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Lafata now oversees the day-to-day operations of HRchitect.  He will also continue to act as Chief Sales Officer in the interim.

“Over the last seven years, Matt has proven himself to be an impact player here at HRchitect,” stated Rick Fletcher, Vice President and Founder of HRchitect.  “He’s in the middle of just about everything and has been chiefly responsible for an increase in revenue, especially over the last couple of years.  He has done a great job of making our name and brand much more visible in the marketplace.”

As part of the transition, Rick Fletcher will stay with the firm as a Vice President, concentrating on corporate strategy and development.

Throughout his career, Lafata has been in leadership positions, including serving as GM & Executive VP of several software companies.  He has also run large technical support groups, software development departments, and marketing and sales teams (both internal and external).  In addition, Lafata successfully grew and managed a large group of field consultants for years at Timeslips Corporation/Sage.
