“HRchitect saw tremendous movement in the market during 2010, especially in the second half,” states Matt Lafata, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for HRchitect and one of the industry’s leading Talent Management Analysts.  “2009 was a tough economic year as many HR departments were faced with budget cuts and technology projects put on hold.  However, as we progressed in 2010, we saw budgets finally being loosened and projects getting underway again.”

One of the areas of the business that HRchitect has seen the most movement in is HR systems strategic planning.  As a result, Ron Hanscome, another leading Talent Management Analyst and former HR software executive, was promoted to Vice President of the firm’s HCM Strategy practice.

Strategic Planning projects that started in 2010 for  notable clients include Bain, Cenovus, Choice Hotels, The Mayo Clinic, Monsanto, Orchard Supply Hardware, Rexel, Spirent, and Vi Living.

HRchitect’s strong growth in 2010 is also largely in part due to a high level of repeat business from previous clients, a further sign of the tremendous value and satisfaction that HRchitect clients receive.
